The very experienced and wonderful staff make each Pilates exercise class both rigorous and a pleasure. The Pilates instruction is very detailed, with focus on individual needs even in a group class, and time for corrections to form. Pilates Center of Rockville is also a lovely facility – very light and airy, with modern equipment and plenty of space for stretching out in mat class. The pricing is very flexible and reasonable too, encouraging you to keep involved but with time for trips away.
