5-Week Mat Basics Series

Now’s the time! If you’re new to Pilates Mat, if you’re returning to Pilates after time away or if you’ve been wanting to try a Mat class, then this is the series for you. Over the course of this 5-week series, you will learn the fundamental Pilates exercises and skills to jump confidently into a Level 1 Mat or Open Mat Class and start building a home practice. We will work on body awareness and alignment, core strength and stability, spinal movement and proper breathing. You will learn all of the primary exercises that form the foundation of the Pilates Method, along with modifications necessary to help them work for your body. Enhance your mind-body connection and take your newfound skills, strength, flexibility and confidence into your daily life!

All levels are welcome. Series Dates: Saturdays on 3/2, 3/9, 3/16, 3/23, 3/30. This event is sold as a full 5-week series to ensure that you get the best results and includes a special series discount. Space is limited, and it will likely sell out quickly.
