The 5-Week Stomach Series is a progressive 5-week course that will help you develop the strength, skills and body awareness to properly and deeply engage your abdominal muscles. Forget sit-ups and crunches. This is the way to truly tone your tummy, and get the most out of your workouts! The Stomach Series is also the name of the sequence of 5 challenging ab exercises from the Pilates Mat work. It has been described as the best ab workout of all time. Over the course of the series, we will systematically prepare, progress and perfect these 5 exercises, leading to a finale of the famous Teaser exercise. You will be stronger and your abs will feel like a powerhouse!
This series is open to all levels. No experience is necessary. Series Dates: Sundays on 1/10, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31, 2/7. This event is sold as a 5-Week Series to ensure that you get the best results.
