Release your body in the New Year, leaving your tension and stress behind! Short, tight hip muscles can cause hip and back pain, severely restrict your movement and lead to bad posture. The Open the Hips 5-Week Series is a progressive course that will help you release tension and gradually open the hips through targeted hip stretching and nourishing movement. We will balance and align the hips, including hip flexors, hamstrings, glutes and inner and outer hip muscles. You will improve your range of motion, ease of movement and even comfort in sitting. Prepare yourself for a fresh start and focus on feeling good!
All levels are welcome. Series Dates: Tuesdays on 1/8, 1/15, 1/22, 1/29, 2/5. This event is sold as a full 5-week series to ensure that you get the best results, and includes a special series discount. Space is limited, and it will likely sell out quickly.
