This may be the perfect series for you! If you recently completed The 5-Week Mat Basics Series or if you’re new or returning to Pilates Mat, then this is the perfect way to progress. During this course, we will review and build on the fundamental Pilates Mat exercises, including the entire Level 1 (Beginner) Mat curriculum. You will increase body awareness and core strength while learning the proper form, breath, rhythm and order of all the Level 1 exercises, along with modifications to help them work for your body. You will be able to take your newfound skills and confidence to a powerful Level 1 Mat or Open Mat Class and continue building your home practice. You’ll be amazed at how you will grow your strength, flexibility, coordination and mind-body connection with the Pilates Matwork!
All levels are welcome. Series Dates: Saturdays on 5/11, 5/18, 5/25, 6/1, 6/8. This event is sold as a full 5-week series to ensure that you get the best results and includes a special series discount. Space is limited, and it will likely sell out quickly.
