Dear Clients,
In order to better manage client cancellations, we are streamlining the process for clients to cancel classes and appointments. We will no longer process cancellations requested by telephone or communicated verbally to the staff. Going forward, you will be able to cancel in the following three ways:
- Cancel through your Pilates Center of Rockville Online Account at your convenience. This is the best option, because it gives you total control of your schedule. If you already have an account, click Log In, enter your email and password, and then go to MY INFO -> My Schedule to make cancellations. If you need to create an account or you have lost the password to your account, click the “Need Password?” link in the Log In section.
- Cancel by emailing us at info@pilatescenterofrockville.com. Provide your name, the Appointment Type or Class Name and the date(s) to cancel. The Front Desk will complete the cancellation(s) based on this information. You will receive email confirmation of cancellations.
- Cancel at the Front Desk by writing your cancellation request on the Cancellation Request Log. Provide the current date, your name, the Appointment Type or Class Name, the date(s) to cancel, and then sign. The Front Desk will complete the cancellation(s) based on this information. You will receive email confirmation of cancellations.
