We were thrilled to receive so many class requests, and we’re excited to announce our new class schedule. It’s time to get your practice in full swing! Set your routine, sign up ongoing for classes and try something new, like Jumpboard, Flexibility & Flow or a Mat Series.

New classes are noted in gold, and they start on October 1st. All classes are 55 minutes in length, unless otherwise noted.
