Was new to Pilates (except for a DVD Mat class!) so I was a bit intimidated by all the equipment. My instructors put me at ease and were great at explaining everything and walking me through the different equipment and poses. Everyone is so welcoming and I love the personal care given. Especially for a newbie like me!
