I wasn’t sure what to expect as I had never done Pilates before. I hate the noise and bustle of gyms and the Pilates Center is so peaceful. I signed up for private lessons with Jenna Coulter and I am delighted. I am a 67-year-old beginner and she has been patient and encouraging as I have fumbled my way through the early stages of learning. I look forward to more!
