Pilates became part of my life in a powerful way. This is due to professional, knowledgeable, kind and understanding instructors in PILATES CENTER of ROCKVILLE. I am so fortunate able to work with this unique group of instructors. If I skip doing pilates a week I see the set back in my health and agility.
