The Pilates Center of Rockville has some of the best Pilates teachers in the country. They teach all fitness levels with a caliper of expertise that is unparalleled, and they do it with caring and compassion. I live in California, and I always look forward to the Pole class as well as a Private at Alihah’s studio whenever I have the opportunity to come to the DC area. I only wish I were able to visit this comfortable and supportive studio more often.
