The Pilates Center of Rockville is terrific! I have a private lesson with Aliyah who is wonderful. She is not only very knowledgeable about pilates and how the body works, she also keeps up-to-date on various other exercises that further her knowledge and therefore benefits her clients. I cannot recommend the Pilates Center of Rockville highly enough! You can tell as I travel from Virginia to attend lessons there.
