Neck tension, shoulder pain and tightness, poor posture, weak arms. Join Agnieszka for this carefully crafted series that will give you the knowledge and a routine of movements to address all of these problems. In order to find freedom in your shoulders, relieve pain and tension in your neck, and build strength in your arms, you must first develop strength in your upper back and stability in your shoulder structure. Agnieszka will help you do just that, guiding you through strategic exercises, incorporating breathing techniques and simple props, such as a resistance band, foam roller, and light hand weights. Watch the video. You will leave class with a new awareness and a glorious feeling in your body. Stand taller, feel more open, move freer in your upper body, and more powerfully through your arms!

Even if you can’t make it to the series as scheduled, you can still join and get the workouts by signing up for the Live Virtual/Recorded option. In addition to receiving links to the live classes, you will also receive a link to a recording of each class a few hours after the class ends (only the speaker view is recorded, not virtual participants). Each recording will be available to you for 7 days. So, you can workout at your convenience and be up to speed for the the next class.
