Join Kara for this super-fun, cardio-driven, whole body series! Jumpboard is a high intensity interval class that utilizes the spring-loaded Reformer and the Jumpboard to create a “horizontal trampoline” experience.
Kara will guide you through a series of rhythmic, up-tempo jumping movements, typically while laying on your back. Expect to raise your heart rate and work your muscles in explosive movements for sustained periods of time. Kara will finish each class with a yummy set of deep stretches that you can only do on the Reformer. The perks are plentiful:
