Join Agnieszka for this carefully crafted series that will give you the knowledge and a routine of exercises to sculpt and address weakness, tightness, and pain in your shoulders, arms, and upper back. You’ll improve your posture and neck tension too. The secret to finding strength and freedom in your arms and shoulders is building strength in your upper back and stability in the shoulder structure.

Agnieszka will help you do just that by guiding you through strategic exercises, incorporating breathing techniques and simple props, such as a resistance band, foam roller, and light hand weights. You will leave class with a new awareness and a glorious feeling in your body. Stand taller, feel more open, and move freer and more powerfully through your upper body and arms!

Even if you can’t make it to the series as scheduled, you can still join and get the workouts by signing up for the Live Virtual/Recorded option. In addition to receiving links to the live classes, you will also receive a link to a recording of each class shortly after it ends (only the in-studio class is recorded, not virtual participants). Each recording will be available to you for 7 days. So, you can workout at your convenience and be up to speed for the next class.
