If you’ve turned into a couch potato over the last 18 months and your hips and legs feel weak, stiff, or achy, then this is the series for you! Join Susan for some serious toning of the legs and hips, including the thighs, glutes, and calves. You’ll learn exercises from the classic Pilates Matwork, including the strengthening and sculpting Side Kicks Series, as well as few dance moves and other postures to target every muscle in your glutes and gams. We’ll also stretch to improve flexibility and release tension. You’ll build lean muscle for strength and endurance, and improve muscular balance and control for efficient, graceful movement. Feel lighter on your feet and stronger in your stride!
Even if you can’t make it to the series as scheduled, you can still join and get the workouts by signing up for the Live Virtual/Recorded option. In addition to receiving links to the live classes, you will also receive a link to a recording of each class shortly after it ends (only the in-studio class is recorded, not virtual participants). Each recording will be available to you for 7 days. So, you can workout at your convenience and be up to speed for the next class.
