Glutes & Thighs 4-Week Series

Even if you can’t make it as scheduled, you can still get the recorded classes.

Have you been sitting all day? If your hips, legs, and back feel weak, stiff, or achy, then this is the series for you. Join Susan for some serious toning of the legs and hips, especially your glutes and thighs. It can even help with back pain. You’ll learn exercises from the classic Pilates Matwork, including the strengthening and sculpting Side Kicks Series, as well as contemporary exercises and stretches to target every muscle in your glutes and gams. You’ll build lean muscle and improve your balance and control. Feel lighter on your feet and stronger in your stride!

Even if you can’t make it to the series as scheduled, you can still join and get the workouts by signing up for the Live Virtual/Recorded option. In addition to receiving links to the live classes, you will also receive a link to a recording of each class shortly after it ends (only the in-studio class is recorded, not virtual participants). Each recording will be available to you for 7 days. So, you can workout at your convenience and be up to speed for the next class.
