Our ever-present electronic devices and constant slouching have combined with the stresses of everyday life to create an epidemic of upper body pain. To get relief and improve your posture, you need to strengthen and stretch the many muscles that support your neck and head.
Join Susan for this targeted series to build strength and mobility in your neck and upper back, along with stability in your shoulders. You will also learn gentle stretches and exercises to release tension, relieve stiffness, increase flexibility, and improve your body awareness. As a bonus, this work will also improve your body’s overall alignment and balance – just in time for a fun and fabulous spring!

LIVE VIRTUAL/RECORDED: Even if you can’t make it to the series as scheduled, you can still join and get the workouts by signing up for this option. In addition to receiving links to the live classes, you will also receive a link to a recording of each class shortly after it ends (only the in-studio class is recorded, not virtual participants). Each recording will be available to you for 7 days. So, you can workout at your convenience and be up to speed for the next class. We recommend that you have the following items: a pair of light hand weights (or small water bottles or canned goods) and a towel.
