Pilates Center of Rockville (PCOR) is a studio created for teachers and by teachers. Front Desk Support
- We help teachers do what they do best – teach! Not scheduling, collecting payments, dealing with customer issues, administration, or marketing.
- Our Studio Manager and Front Desk team are here to support you. All client scheduling, communications, and transactions are handled by the Front Desk or by the client through our online system.
State of the Art Pilates Studio
- Our new studio, opened in 2019, is designed for the optimal teacher and client experience.
- Features new, top-of-the-line Balanced Body® Pilates Equipment, a large, fully equipped Equipment room, a dedicated Mat room, and a staff break room.
- Enjoy the beauty, comfort, and convenience of high ceilings, custom furnishings, adjustable lighting, and large ceiling fans.
Professional Development
- We help teachers build a stable, long-term client base.
- We offer lessons and classes in a variety of formats, including live virtual sessions, teacher-curated series, and workshops, to increase your income potential and provide a platform for your ideas and expertise.
- We work with all types of clients, but we have a unique expertise in teaching Pilates for pain relief and rehabilitation, plus relationships with several local physical therapy clinics. We’ll help you develop your skills in this area.
Community & Mentorship
- Whether you’re a new or experienced Pilates teacher, our exceptional team of teachers provide a supportive peer network that will help you continue to learn and stay energized and inspired.
Teacher Qualifications
- Must have completed a comprehensive Pilates teacher training program with a minimum of 500 hours.
- Must be trained to teach on all Pilates apparatus and at all levels.
- Must be available to teach during high demand days and hours, which may include evenings and/or weekends.
- Must have experience teaching a wide variety of people.
