Open the Hips 4-Week Series

Even if you can’t make it as scheduled, you can still get the recorded classes. Have you been sitting too much? Do you feel stiff when you stand up? If so, you probably have tight hips. All those hours of sitting shorten and weaken the hip muscles, creating stress and imbalances in the joints. This can cause low back pain, knee pain, and postural problems.  Join Susan for this progressive series designed to relieve pain and release tension through targeted stretching and strengthening of the hips – including hip flexors, hamstrings, glutes, and inner and outer hip muscles. We’ll use a few simple props, including a tennis ball, foam roller, and resistance band. You’ll learn valuable exercises and the proper technique for sculpting hip and thigh muscles, which is all about stabilizing your hips. You’ll leave feeling stronger, standing taller, sitting more comfortably, and moving freely! Watch this preview. Even if you can’t make it to the series as scheduled, you can still join and get the workouts by signing up for the Live Virtual/Recorded option. In addition to receiving links to the live classes, you will also receive a link to a recording of each class shortly after it ends (only the in-studio class is recorded, not virtual participants). Each recording will be available to you for 7 days. So, you can workout at your convenience and be up to speed for the next class.
