Great Instructors and Client interest!

Outstanding teachers, beautiful, comfortable facility. They have truly changed my quality of life. I feel better at 60 than I dis at 45. Who can ask for more?!

I have found your Pilates sessions, both private and classes unbelievably helpful in relieving longtime back problems and in regaining strength after a critical illness. Every teacher is a little different and the variety is beneficial. So far, every session has been a treat.

The Pilates Center of Rockville has caring instructors who are certified by the Pilates Method Alliance. The studio has an array of pilates equipment. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Students truly come as they are and leave at their best.

I am so lucky to be able to come to this studio and to know the instructors as Aliyah, Jenna, Nikki. They are grade to learn and work with. I learn from each one and they are able to push me to my capacity that I can excell. They are the cause to make Pilates part of my life in the essential way. I thank you to all of them for their professionalism patient and enthusiasm and work with me and with others. I can recommend the studio to anybody who is interested in Pilates with grade confidence. Thanks for giving me the opportunity.

The teachers are excellent! The one major complaint I have with the center is the cancellation policy. They are too strict with it..

The studio is clean, instructors are terrific and everyone is friendly.
