Have you ever had a painful knot between your shoulder blades or in your neck, back, or hips, and you couldn’t figure out how to make it better? This series, with Licensed Therapeutic Massage Therapist Beth Davis, will teach you how to specifically locate and release major trigger points in your body that cause pain. You’ll learn how to use the foam roller as a massage tool, giving you the ability to help yourself feel better.
With 24 years as a massage therapist and 27 years as a professional dancer and choreographer, Beth will share her unique practice of healing yourself through the power of massage and the joy of movement, energy, and flow.
All levels are welcome. No experience is necessary. However, this course requires that you are able to get up and down on the floor easily and support yourself in various positions while on and off the roller.
Even if you can’t make it to the series as scheduled, you can still join and get the workouts by signing up for the Live Virtual/Recorded option. In addition to receiving links to the live classes, you will also receive a link to a recording of each class shortly after it ends (only the in-studio class is recorded, not virtual participants). Each recording will be available to you for 7 days. So, you can workout at your convenience and be up to speed for the next class.
