Foam Roll & Release 4-Week Series

Even if you can’t make it as scheduled, you can still get the recorded classes.

Are you ready for a total body release and reset? With over 25 years of Therapeutic Massage practice, Beth will guide you through a routine that will bring health and healing to your whole body using the foam roller and a tennis ball.

This series is a client favorite. Now Beth has added a tennis ball to help you get into those hard to reach areas of the body. Over the course of 4 weeks, you’ll learn and practice a routine that will help you:

  • Release knots and soreness in your muscles
  • Relieve pain and tension all over, including your neck, back, hips, and feet
  • Release stress and get oxygen-rich blood flowing again

You will leave feeling so much better! And you’ll have the knowledge to continue on your own.

Even if you can’t make it to the series as scheduled, you can still join and get the workouts by signing up for the Live Virtual/Recorded option. In addition to receiving links to the live classes, you will also receive a link to a recording of each class shortly after it ends (only the in-studio class is recorded, not virtual participants). Each recording will be available to you for 7 days. So, you can workout at your convenience and be up to speed for the next class.
