You’re invited to join this free live virtual workshop with Aliyah Hatcher, owner of Pilates Center of Rockville! Please note that this event will also be streamed live and posted on Facebook.
We don’t come with an owner’s manual, but we should! The Body 101 series is about sharing simple, fundamental information and movements that can unlock a pathway, turn on a light bulb and transform the way you move and feel in your body.
We spend nearly all of our time facing forward, bending forward and reaching forward, and as a result our back muscles can get very weak, tight and prone to pain and injury. Don’t worry. Aliyah’s got your back! In this 45-minute workshop, you will learn and experience healthy movements to help you restore strength and flexibility to the back muscles, improve your posture, alleviate back pain and prevent injury.
