Short shorts, long hikes … have no fear! The Lean Summer Legs 5-Week Series will strengthen and sculpt your legs just in time for summer. Over the course of this series you will target your glutes, hips, thighs and calves by perfecting classic Pilates mat exercises for the legs, as well as learning variations with balls, therabands, rollers and magic circles. You will also learn fun new standing exercises, which incorporate movements from dance and yoga. Creating more strength and balance from your toes to your hips will not only tone and shape your legs, but it will also give you a stable and strong foundation for all your favorite summer activities!
This series is open to all levels. No experience is necessary. Series Dates: Saturdays on 6/3, 6/10, 6/17, 6/24, 7/1. This event is sold as a full 5-Week Series to ensure that you get the best results. This special series pricing gives you one class for free. Space is limited.
