If you have tightness, discomfort, or achiness in your low back, then this is an essential series for you. The last year has revealed just how important back health is. Excessive sitting and slouching leads to weakness in your core muscles, especially back muscles and the abdominals. In order to relieve back pain, you must balance and strengthen all the muscles around your center – your “inner core”. Join Susan for this targeted series, and learn to strengthen, rebalance, and stabilize the back and deep abdominal muscles. You will also learn exercises to relieve low back tension by stretching and releasing those muscles, as well as gently toning the glutes, hamstrings, and quads which are directly connected to your back. This holistic approach will help your aches dissolve and leave you feeling balanced, stronger, and more at ease.
Even if you can’t make it to the series as scheduled, you can still join and get the workouts by signing up for the Live Virtual/Recorded option. In addition to receiving links to the live classes, you will also receive a link to a recording of each class shortly after it ends (only the Teacher is recorded, not virtual participants). Each recording will be available to you for 7 days. So, you can workout at your convenience and be up to speed for the next class.
