March Mat Intensive

Let’s keep it going! During the entire month of March, we want to help you up the ante on your Mat classes. Every client that reaches the goal of taking at least 7 Mat classes from March 1st to March 31st will receive 2 free Mat classes at the end of the Intensive. That’s less than 2 classes per week! This is the perfect time to try some new classes and build on your practice. Maybe you’re new to Mat or ready to move to the next level. Regardless of your level, Mat is a challenging workout if you execute the exercises with proper form and control.

The March Mat Intensive is based on the Pilates Matwork, which is the very foundation of the Method. Don’t be fooled by appearances! In many ways, Mat is the most strength building part of the entire Pilates system, because it demands that you develop support, control and resistance solely from within your body. It is truly powerful work!

Eligible classes include Level 1 Mat, Level 2 Mat, Open MatClass, The 5-Week Mat Basics Series and The 5-Week Mat Intensive: Level Up to Mat 2. It is not required, but we recommend making reservations during the Intensive to guarantee your space in class. Drop-ins are allowed, but space is subject to availability. Please note that Mat is not suitable for everyone, especially those with chronic pain and injuries.
