If you’re new to Pilates Mat, you’ve been away for a while, or you’re experienced and want to fine-tune fundamental skills that you struggle with, then this series is for you!
Susan will help you build solid core connections, control, and strength in Mat exercises like the upper ab curl, rollup, 100, stomach series, teaser, and more. You’ll work on form, alignment, core stability, and using the breath to move with greater ease and work your whole body. You will also learn modifications necessary to help the exercises work for you. Join Susan to grow your skills and deepen your understanding of the Pilates Method. Then take your new energy and confidence off the mat and into your daily life!
Even if you can’t make it to the series as scheduled, you can still join and get the workouts by signing up for the Live Virtual/Recorded option. In addition to receiving links to the live classes, you will also receive a link to a recording of each class shortly after it ends (only the in-studio class is recorded, not virtual participants). Each recording will be available to you for 7 days. So, you can workout at your convenience and be up to speed for the next class.
