
Strength, Stretch, & Stress Relief with Tower, Mat, and Massage
Join us for a restorative and empowering 75-minute Tower and Mat workshop designed to release tension, improve mobility, and build strength in the neck and shoulders.
Led by Angilique Campbell, an experienced movement specialist with a background in Pilates, rehabilitation, and massage therapy, this workshop will begin with a short introduction to the common causes of neck and shoulder discomfort, as well as insights from her work in studios, clinics, and spas.
You will move through a targeted sequence of Mat and Tower exercises using the rollback and push-through bars, designed to open the chest, strengthen postural muscles, and support shoulder health. Finally, Angilique will guide you through self-massage techniques, breathwork, and meditation to deepen relaxation and promote lasting relief.
Whether you’re looking to ease daily tension or address chronic tightness and pain, this workshop will offer practical tools and takeaways for body awareness, alignment, and self-care.
