Rashida will give you the best of both worlds by alternating between the Reformer and the Tower each week. Both apparatus strengthen your core, condition your entire body, and engage your muscles deeply through spring resistance, but each one offers its own unique benefits to the body. The Reformer is excellent for improving muscular weakness, imbalances, posture, and alignment of the body, while the Tower is great for improving tightness all over – like the hamstrings, hips, shoulders, and back. Rashida will also throw in some fun balance work too. You’ll leave feeling stronger, longer, energized, and amazed at what you can do!
