This class is the best of both worlds on the Pilates equipment. It combines the strength and power of the Reformer with the flexibility and flowing movements of the Tower.
The Reformer is the “workhorse” of Pilates equipment, using spring tension, straps and pulleys to strengthen your entire body from the inside out, building a strong core and lean muscles throughout.
The Tower use springs and bars that allow you to move your arms, legs, and spine freely in space. It conditions and elongates your muscles and helps increase the range of motion in your joints.
You’ll work your body deeply and leave feeling strong, long, energized, and calm.
