As we all navigate the challenges of this moment and our temporary studio closure, our team is committed to keeping our vibrant community together and helping you stay healthy, happy and strong. That’s why we have launched PCOR Live Virtual Classes, live online Mat classes with our exceptional PCOR teachers. Classes are streaming daily!
Now, more than ever, it’s important to stay physically active, mentally and emotionally connected and reduce your stress. As Pilates teachers, that’s our purpose. We’re here for you, and we thank you for your support!
How It Works:
- PCOR Live Virtual Classes include our existing Mat classes and new Mat-based classes.
- Reservations are required. Online reservations must be made at least 20 minutes prior to class start time to ensure you receive the link to join the class.
- Click to View Classes and Sign Up as you normally do, through our online booking system.
- Existing Mat class rates apply. So, you may use your Combo Card, Class Card or purchase Single Mat Classes. New clients may sign up for a Complimentary Mat Class. See Pricing.
- Our 24-hour cancellation policy applies to virtual classes, just as it did to in-studio classes.
- Upon sign up, you will receive an email confirmation of your reservation. It includes important information about how to download and install the Zoom app, which you must do prior to joining the class. We recommend that you do that now at the Zoom Download Center by downloading “Zoom Client for Meetings” for desktops and laptops or “Zoom Cloud Meetings” for mobile devices and tablets.
- 10 to 15 minutes before the class is scheduled to begin, you will receive an email invite with a link to join the class. If you’ve already downloaded the app, click the link to join. Otherwise, you will be prompted to download and install Zoom when you click the join link in the email invite. It’s really easy!

What You Need For Class:
- A Pilates or yoga mat, ideally placed on a hard floor. Thick mats are more comfortable, or you can double up thin mats.
- Here are a few items that are nice to have, but are not required (w/ helpful links):
- Hand towel
- Homemade sandbag (Put 5 lbs. of rice in a large zip bag)
- Resistance bands
- Foam Roller
- Soft Overball
- Light hand weights (1-2 lbs.) or a pair of water bottles will do!
- Yoga strap (6 – 8 ft., depending on your height)
- Pilates magic circle
