So many of you have asked for virtual lessons. So, we’ve launched PCOR Live Virtual Lessons, live online Private lessons, Duets and Trios with our exceptional PCOR teachers. Appointments are available to book now with Jenna, Susan, Agnieszka, Keva, Adrian and Aliyah!
Now, more than ever, it’s important to stay physically active, mentally and emotionally connected and reduce your stress. We’re here for you, and we thank you for your support!
How It Works:
- Private lessons, Duets and Trios are scheduled by appointment. Please note that teacher appointment availability for virtual lessons may be different than previous (in-studio) availability.
- At this time, virtual appointments can be booked through May 31, 2020. Appointment availability may be extended at a later date.
- You may book PCOR Live Virtual Privates through our online booking system as you normally do. Click to Find Appointments and Book.
- Contact us at info@pilatescenterofrockville.com to book Duets and Trios.
- You may use your Combo Card or purchase Single Lessons. Virtual Lesson rates are as follows: Single Sessions (Private $70, Duet $50, Trio 40); $350 Combo Card (Private $65, Duet $45, Trio $38); $600 Combo Card (Private $60, Duet $40, Trio $35).
- Our 24-hour cancellation policy applies to virtual lessons, just as it did to in-studio lessons.
- Upon booking, you will receive an email confirmation of your appointment. It includes important information about how to download and install the Zoom app, which you must do prior to your first lesson. We recommend that you do that now at the Zoom Download Center by downloading “Zoom Client for Meetings” for desktops and laptops or “Zoom Cloud Meetings” for mobile devices and tablets.
- The day before your scheduled lesson, you will receive an email invite with a link to join the lesson. On the date and time of your appointment, click the link to join. If you’ve already downloaded the app, then you’re all set. Otherwise, you will be prompted to download and install Zoom when you join. It’s really easy!

What You Need For Class:
- A Pilates or yoga mat, ideally placed on a hard floor. Thick mats are more comfortable, or you can double up thin mats.
- Here are a few items that are nice to have, but are not required (w/ helpful links):
- Hand towel
- Homemade sandbag (Put 5 lbs. of rice in a large zip bag)
- Resistance bands
- Foam Roller
- Soft Overball
- Light hand weights (1-2 lbs.) or a pair of water bottles will do!
- Yoga strap (6 – 8 ft., depending on your height)
- Pilates magic circle
