If you think you know Pilates Mat, then you’ll love this fresh and creative twist on the Matwork. Join Adrian in this 4-week series that explores the Mat exercises in a contemporary way using simple props, including a ball, resistance band, and light hand weights. You’ll learn new exercise variations and discover ways of using props to increase the challenge or even change the essence of an exercise depending on how the props are used. You’ll also learn how to use props to protect vulnerable areas of the body. Your body will feel more open, centered, lengthened, and strengthened!

Even if you can’t make it to the series as scheduled, you can still join and get the workouts by signing up for this option. In addition to receiving links to the live classes, you will also receive a link to a recording of each class shortly after it ends (only the in-studio class is recorded, not virtual participants). Each recording will be available to you for 7 days. So, you can workout at your convenience and be up to speed for the next class.
