This series will amp up your cardio, tone and sculpt, build your strength and endurance, and leave you feeling invigorated! The Pilates Jumpboard gives you all the benefits of jumping without the stress and impact on your joints. It attaches to the Reformer to create a joyful and lively spring-loaded horizontal jumping experience. Expect to raise your heart rate and work/sculpt your muscles from hip to foot through explosive jumping movements. Susan will also incorporate upper body sculpting exercises on the Reformer and with hand weights. You’ll finish each class with a yummy set of stretches.

All levels are welcome. No experience is necessary.
