Learn how to massage away your muscle “knots”, sensitive spots and tight areas and create better joint range of motion with Licensed Therapeutic Massage Therapist, Beth Davis. This four-week course will instruct and guide you through a whole-body self-massage routine to locate and release the areas where your fascia and muscle tissue are getting restricted. Using your hands, the Pro Roller and various balls, we will learn and incorporate basic massage principals and the anatomy to address specific problem areas. You can repeat this routine on your own in its entirety or in parts, whenever and wherever you need relief. Practicing these tools for self-care and healing will help you feel better and stay healthy!
Beth Davis has been a practicing Licensed Therapeutic Massage Therapist for over twenty years. She has studied Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Massage; Neuro-Muscular Therapy; Zero Balancing; Trager; Lymphatic Drainage; Chakra Energy Healing; and Therapeutic Touch.
All levels are welcome. Series Dates: Thursdays on 3/5, 3/12, 3/19, 3/26. Please note that each class is 75 minutes long. This event is sold as a full 4-week series to ensure that you get the best results and includes a special series discount. Space is limited, and it will likely sell out quickly.
