WHY? Because the health and condition of your body’s tissue (muscle, connective, nervous, and epithelial) affects almost every aspect of your body’s movement, function, and sensation, including your ability to build strength.
In this workshop, Beth Davis will introduce you to her transformative self-bodywork practice. Over the course of 40 years as a movement educator and 25 years as a Licensed Therapeutic Massage Therapist, Beth has developed a unique combination of stretching, foam rolling, myofascial release, self-massage, and breathing techniques that empower you to release tension and discomfort in your body, relieve aches and pains, and unwind your mind. All you need is a mat and a few simple tools.
