The very experienced and wonderful staff make each Pilates exercise class both rigorous and a pleasure. The Pilates instruction is very detailed, with focus on individual needs even in a group class, and time for corrections to form. I am so very thankful that I …on the spur of the moment…. almost 2 years ago….I decided to stop in the studio. I love it!! The classes, the privates, the instructors and the clients…couldn’t be better. My aches and pains are relieved becsuse of the knowledge of the instructors.
