I am so glad to have found Pilates Center of Rockville. I have been taking both mat and equipment Pilates for years and my wonderful teacher is cutting back. I had tried several other places but did not find the kind of knowledge, professionalism, and individual attention from teachers that i am used to, until now. I especially appreciate the ease in making appointments and full service their website provides.
