My biggest fear is injury. Priority was finding a Pilates studio that offered small classes and had experienced instructors. After visiting many Pilates studios in the Montogomery County area, I found Pilates Center of Rockville. The Classes are small and the instructors are top notch. Every single instructor offers each participate the opportunity to improve their fitness level in a safe environment.
