If you think this place is like the others? You are very wrong! It is a great place for Pilates. Very neat and clean. The best instructors that you can ask for. My instructor, i think is the best! Her name is Nikki. Her Knowledge about human’s body and how muscles are working, is very impressive. With my health problem ( which is not well known for most people), i was looking for someone that help me and understand my body. Well, Nikki knew about it and even did extra research about it. I think going to Rockville Pilates Center is the best thing has happened to me. I feel strong, healthy and determined to continue Pilates. It is going to be a best place for you too, if you join them. Sanaz.
