Wouldn’t you love to get back the posture and alignment that you were born with? Your body is a whole system with a natural architecture that is designed to support your posture and alignment from the inside. In this workshop, you will learn how to work deep within your tissues to find your internal muscular balance, alter your alignment, and create better postural support within your body. We will do this by strategically targeting major muscle groups that balance each other with strengthening exercises using therabands and small weights, followed by stretch and release exercises. Our work will also include some fascial release and breathing techniques. And we will look at basic postures, such as squatting and others that are naturally designed to provide deep muscle tone within the supporting structure. It’s all about finding balance and continuity through your body as a whole. Whether you are in motion or at rest, you will feel more supported, aligned, integrated and restored from the inside out!
All levels are welcome. Space is limited. Please note that participants will need to bring a bath or beach towel to use during the workshop.
